Ocean Lineage Week is held in Southern Costa Rica’s iconic left point break region — widely recognized for its long, flowing rides ideal for longboard refinement.
Located in the Pavones area, this immersion is designed for surfers seeking extended point break waves, repetition, and thoughtful technical progression in warm, tropical waters.
This is not a crowded surf tour.
It is a small-group longboard-forward immersion rooted in rhythm, patience, and precision.
Each day is structured around optimal tide and swell windows, allowing for maximum water time and focused refinement. Through intentional coaching and optional video analysis, we work on:
• Trim and glide efficiency
• Wave positioning and entry timing
• Foot placement and rail control
• Line choice across extended sections
• Confidence in longer point break rides
Southern Costa Rica offers consistent swell, warm water year-round, and a grounded surf culture shaped by respect for the ocean and community.
Accommodations are selected for proximity to the break and simplicity
— allowing the focus to remain where it belongs: in the water.
Designed primarily for women 30+ (and open to surfers who resonate with the Ocean Lineage philosophy), this week is about depth over volume and refinement over rush.
Group size is intentionally limited.
